Does he mean weighted sit-ups for sets of five?

I saw the link for this interview on the ISSA question board, a few of the Elite FTS guys are ISSA certified. I'm ISSA certified, but now that I found Crossfit, I can hardly stomach the drivel on that site. Good interview.
