This is completely non-workout related, but I thought you'd all be interested in knowing that Friday night I proposed to the most amazing girl in the world and for some reason, she said "Yes".

And if you aren't interested, it's too late cause you just read it.

Way to go, Scott! Congrats!

As a side note, I think you've made CrossFit history by being the first person to document his proposal on the message boards. Maybe you'll set a new trend.

And I'm thinking the wedding should work in some sort of CrossFit tie-in. Maybe you have the guests throw rice in intervals of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Or you do some hand-walking during the wedding reception. ;-)

Congratulations Scott! That is awesome. Thanks to Mike's suggestions, I am having pretty crazy ideas about the procession. How about walking lunges for time? Should be fun in a wedding dress! <giggle>

Is the walk down the aisle 100 feet? Why not kill two birds with one stone, with the added benifit of a t-shirt? Congrats.

Congrats Scott!

I'm thinking the Crossfit activities should come AFTER the reception. I'm thinking of a 'workout' that lasts AT LEAST 30-45 minutes and really targets the abs (and possibly quads, depending on position). Now that I think of it, it would really challenge a lot of the general skills . . . even accuracy:lol:.

Sorry - getting carried away.

Scott,
Congratulations! She must not be a Tennessee fan!
Pace yourself, and in a few years' time, you can have an avitar like mine or Beth's!!
As for the Crossfit theme, why not apply Tabata rounds to the wedding night!!
