This workout may seem easy by comparison to some of these, however I like it for it's efficiency andthe instensity of the cardio mixed in. However, it is contingent on one having flights of stairs available to them. If not, I'd sub something in just as hard as running steps. Here it is:

"slice em dice em workout"

*run 4 flights of stairs 10x (sprint up, walk down)
*jump rope skips 100x
*jumping jacks 100x
*pullups 25x (35x if on gravitron)
*pushups 50x
*squats 50x

Let me know if anyone tries this. It's quick but intense.

having the monday blues, didn't feel like doing much slicing and dicing today, i was lucky to do anything!
so i just ran an interval run on the treadmill 30 min....walk, jog, sprint, walk fast, sprint hard, etc. --mix em all up, change every minute
