Managed to make it to the gym early in the AM. Just got a new job and its finals week at school so life is crazy right now:

Back Squat:

225x5
235x5
245x5

I think im going to sets of 3 next week

Metcon:

15-12-9:

Burpee Pullups
DB swings - 65lbs
V-Ups

9:38

Similar to the WOD i did last week but i performed it slower. Then again i also increased the weight on the swings by 10lbs and changed situps for v-ups. Not sure if its improvement or not?

195x15

had trouble with the set of 20. Scraped my shin and started bleeding which kind of distracted me, plus my form was starting to break. Dont wan't to mess with that.

Metcon:

15-12-9
DB Thrusters - 45lb dumbells
Box Jumps - Waist high.

The DB thrusters were heavy for me. Had to break up the set of 15 and 12.
