Ooops! I must have searched on "First pull-up" and then i saw 3-11 but i didn't notice it was 3-11 2008!

Sorry, i was overwhelmed in my excitement! But, i hope you're still doing pull-ups in the shower!

Haha, I didn't notice the date either as I was browsing this thread. But wait, how many consecutive kipping PUs can you do now, over a year later?

i mine as well join in the fun and post my dead hang also. here are my very first two pull ups. sorry but they are upside down but you get the point. life is good but it is sooooooo much better when you can do a pull up'

i am not kipping. i'm just swinging. still haven't quite figured out how to stop myself from all the swing. will probably have to pull up faster

yes i know this post is old but who cares....i can do a pull up... it's actually a chin up...but still...i pulled myself up.

You got your chin over the bar.. that's all that matters. Congratulations! The kipping should come easily now. Check out the exercise vids page for the series where Annie is instructing it to potential Level One Certs.
