Do not confuse with the Jason Karr guy I swear we're two separate entities :-)

I'm not too fond of posting my logs in a board for all to see but, I guess I can be a closed book all the time ... I was not quite sure what to do on the rest day if I was supposed to follow exactly what was posted on the WOD or if to do something else ... I know that sounds odd but, I have been reading around the different posters and see that not all do exactly what the WOD is for the rest days ... either way

I played 2 hours of military style ball hockey *if anyone is in a hockey loving town and understands the intensity the Canadian military has for it's ball hockey you'd understand it was alot of running*

I also did the CFWU 3x10 as I have seen a few other people do this on the rest days as well.

Any tips would be quite welcome :-)

Todays WOD


2 - muscle ups
4 - Handstand pushups
8 2-pood kettlebell swings


Did dips/pullups to sub for muscle ups and 45lb dumbbell for kettlebell swings hit in 9 in the 20 minutes, not great but, a start none the less.
