started trying to do ghd situps on the crunch device but it didn’t go well so switched to doing crunches- these are more like decline situps - pretty close to vertical.

135/185/185/205/185 – last set only 3 reps due to left knee – felt a pulling in the front below the patela

shoulder feeling much better but still a little inflamed - think I'll take another week off shoulder work - next week more runs, tabata squats, lunges and runs, oh and more pistols.

ran 4 miles, 51min. Way off my pace from 071212 of 39:43. I think it was due to very little sleep last night. Also had a headwind on the way back, probably about 10mph
