Paused Back Squat Check

i think it looks pretty good based on it ive realized i might need to work on core strength a lot

What are your thoughts and any advice to take me to the 400s is accepted

I thought it was really solid.

I think there was one instance where your lower back loosened up for a moment, but then you corrected it.

ive been toying around with different kinds of breathing but i know sometimes i feel i lose tightness in the middle of the lift

To me that could be losing your air in your gut. Keep pressing your gut and sides into the belt. Even your back drive it into the back and keep it locked in.
