why the sudden change? if a vegetarian diet was working for you why start eating meat b/c others say you should. worried about protein? there are lots of vegaterian protien sources. I'm not a vegetarian myself and don't think I will be anytime soon b/c eating meat works for me. so, why the change?

The main reason is because while yes what i have been doing for the last 5 years has been working, depends on what you mean as working. I want now to focus on my carbon footprint and eat more local, and also less processed. I will be eating less processed things, i.e. protein powders, breads, fake meats. Also i want to try eating meat again.
