If you can get your hands on it, give Pocari Sweat a try. Awesome sports drink and without all the crap Gatorade has

Question: do you have reason to believe that you are deficient in electrolytes?

Symptoms would be fasciculation in random muscles, and cramps that either hurt or lock up your muscles. If you're not getting these symptoms, do you really need to worry about electrolytes? As others have suggested, the diet you are on is plenty sufficient for electrolyte replenishment.

Even if you are working out at the hottest part of the day, I'm guessing these workouts are taking you 20 minutes or less. The amount of sweat that you will expel in these 20 minutes is minimal compared to say, if you are in the heat and sweating for 6 hours.

Yeah my workouts very from 20 min to 45 min. I sweat a lot but never cramp up. My job requires me to ride a bicycle for a couple of hours a day and on rare occasions for about 10 to 12 hours. I think i'll just leave it alone and depend on my diet. Might consider a sport drink on the very long days on a bike.

I try to drink the water and eat the flesh off a coconut every day, though sometimes I don't. It's cheaper than a gatorade and I'm guessing has more health benefits But don't know how available these are to you.

Why don't you put what you eat into fit day.

Most real food diets will have more than 300% of DVA of everything....... e.g. waaaaaay more than enough of vitamins and minerals.

If you still feel you need to supplement then go for it.
