Protein & Other Additions to Post Workout/Breakfast smoothie

Post workout I like to enjoy a good fruit smoothie. My staples are pretty much

Coconut Milk
Ground Flax seed
misc berries
bananas
sometimes some almond bits

I would like to know what else I could utilize to make the most of a post workout smoothies / breakfast to increase protein and other essential building blocks to good health. I prefer to avoid raw eggs. I also require gluten free & lactose free. Anyone tried any supplements that are worth the cost that one could add into a smoothie, or other ideas?

followup note, I did find a lot of good ideas on the smoothie/shake thread. Instead of rehashing that, can you give me some tips for specifically the protein and gluten free smoothie friendly supplement options for those of us that require gluten free/lactose free options? Thanks!

jay robb brand protein is gluten free and lactose free. They also have gluten free egg protein that is definitely lactose free.

also trueprotein.com (WFS) sells custom formulas, some of which are gluten free.

I make a simple shake AND fry up some eggs in the morning or after a workout. Eggs are too delicious to make raw (or hard-boiled).

Smoothie

1/2 banana
frozen strawberries
almond butter
1 scoup whey
water
sometimes i add - blueberries, cinnamon, cocoa powder, spinach

Flax has too much estrogen for my tastes. I like almond butter. Although, there is some evidence out there that the Omega 6s in peanut butter are better IF you're out to gain size.
