2 rounds for time of:
10 Standing long jumps
100 ft Walking lunge w/plate overhead
21 Kettlebell swings 55 lbs.
21 Pull-ups
21 Burpess
21 Ball Slams 40 lbs.

This took me a shameful 23:30 today. I'd love to see what some of the better athletes put up in this.

Neill - Your avatar photo scares me.....

How much weight are you using on the overhead plate? I will try this workout as soon as my lower back feels a bit better and let you know how it goes.
