Got diagnosed with IBS and I'm on a FODMAP-friendly diet (http://thecellfitness.com.au/2013/11/16/fodmaps/
(wfs)) for at least 5-6 weeks.
Even though some fruits are FODMAP-friendly, I vomited pretty violently eating pineapple. I'm trying to keep fruits to a minimum unless I'm sure I can handle it (like banana). I've been making a ground flax, banana, peanut butter, spinach, vanilla whey shake, but I've had it maybe 15 days in a row. Real good, but getting tired of it.
Any other shake ideas?
I can eat regular whey as long as it's either super pure isolate or ON Natural Whey (I've been taking the latter since it's cheaper).
