Thanks for posting this. His records were one of the motivators for my attempting a world record.
Now, I encourage other CrossFitter's.....pick any of these records and beat it. I'm going to break at least one during 2007.

There is someone who can break all of them. He/she just doesn't know it, yet. :080402gudl_prv:

go for it, I think Paddy is actually going for a few more also next year. He gets quite a lot of publicity over here. When I find out what it is that his goals are I'll post them on the site that way people could maybe attempt the same goal in the same period. Friendly competition n all.
