hello from Ontario

Hi everyone.

I'm new here.

Avid soccer player, playing upwards of 4 games a week.

And will be shortly returning to martial arts (had knee injury and just recovering)

Hello to all.

Hello Good to see another Canadian floating around on these boards.

I assume you are here to dive into crossfit, I wish you luck and hope you get hooked as much as most people on this board!

Make sure you go see John at CFTO, if you haven't already. Good operation there. There are a few other affiliates in the GTA, don't know anything about them, but certainly lots of choice now!

Welcome!

I'm looking into that right now.

I'm actually an hour or so away from CrossFit Toronto.

But i'm going to call to see if I can drop in on a class and learn some basics behind the methods etc...to do on my own.

there are three CF affiliates I know about in GTA:
CF Mississauga
CF Toronto
CF Barrie

Good luck in your training!

P.S. Now if we all ask together maybe we can get another certification in GTA soon...

I am in Ancaster to be exact.

I put Toronto as its central location.

Re: hello from Ontario

I'm up for a Toronto Cert - have been saving my pennies since I couldn't swing the fee for the last one.

Now I am prepared!
