New Boxing Coach/Trainer

My name is Mike Steadman and I'm both a boxing coach/trainer. I am just taking this opportunity to introduce myself to the thread. Feel free to ask me any questions regarding boxing and training. I know a lot of people are curious about incorporating boxing into their training. My additional contact info is listed below. I plan to write a few articles and shoot some videos for the journals covering boxing. I look forward to working with you all.
I work hard, I train hard, I fight Hard, What drives you?
