Talking Barbells and Boxing Gloves

What's going on everybody, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Mike Steadman and I am an amateur boxing coach. After making the transition from boxer to coach, I decided to incorporate CrossFit and Olympic Style Weightlifting into my training. This weekend I will be attending the CrossFit Level 1 Certification in Charlotte. At the end of the month I will also be attending the USAW Sports Performance Certification with coach Harvey Newton. Although I am no stranger to fitness, I am new to Olympic Weightlifting. I am excited to get to know everyone here and learn as much as I can from the community.

I also run a fitness website, Feel free to take a look, it will tell you everything you want to know about me. Also make sure you follow the Facebook page.
I work hard, I train hard, I fight Hard, What drives you?
