Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Another Startup

Hi Everybody!

I've been aware of Crossfit for a while now, and I've recently chosen to adopt a Crossfit-esque style of training for swimming.

First, I've purchased a few pairs of Iron Woody Bands. I am aware of the classic uses for the bands ( e.g Assisted Pullups, resisted pushups, rows, press,resisted squat,shoulder press etc ) but is there anything else that I could do with them? There will be my only source of resistance for a while so I want to get the most out of them before I can purchase weights,kettlebells and the like.

Also I have a severe case of flat feet, is there anything I could do to relieve them to some extent?
