Did a Burpee+Pull-Up workout for 1st time today

I don't know if this is decent or not but here goes.

Descending ladder of reps:

12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Burpees + Pull-Ups

13:40

wow my metcon today is going to be:

24kg kettlebell/ pullups
10,9,8,7,6,5....1

thats 10 pull ups, 10 snatches right, 10 left, 9 pull ups......

So i'll have a total of 55 pull ups and 110 snatches. Goal: sub 10min

i got this workout in 16:33. The pull ups were non kipping. the bar i was on was too close to the wall and i wanted the strength work any way. All sets of KB Snatch were unbroken and smooth.

For time........

100 Bench Push-Ups
100 Bench Dips
100 Leg Raises 18-24"

50 DL 145#
50 DB Swings 30#
50 BB Bent-Rows 75#
50 BB Thrusters 45#

100 Flutter-Kicks 4 Count

time: 30:34 secs.

It was rough. I am sore in my abs most of all. ????? Must have been the kipping. Not too good/used to kipping.

Wow, that is some great work. Motivates me to step it up big time tomorrow on my metcon. I'll try that workout sometime cuz boy, does it look hurtful.
