I am liking it as a whole...i did try "Cindy" today at 7:10 P.M. to about 7:28 P.M. and experience a sense of dizziness at the end. Kinda like a blood rush and kept going but at a lower intensity for a couple minutes afterwards. I am used to being on my head and doing handstands etc and just wondering what actually occurred

There is a possability of a low BP issue.

If so, hydrate WITH a bit of salt in water, or electrolytes to bring up blood volume.

I get a little light headed every now and then. I never took it that seriously, I just went home and ate and rested up. Dunno if its a great idea but its what I do.
