Got into a disagreement with an owner of a Personal Training business. While I mentioned the importance of Rhabdo, at least being aware of it, she argued that it would be very rare for rhabdo to ever happen to her athletes and other clients.

I did lose my head at one moment and told her that rhabdo would never happen to her clients because they don't come close to working out hard or long when they workout with 5lb DBs and 3x15 workouts using isolation machines and moves.
