Did the workout last night did not have much time to warm up.. basically went after a few pull ups and a jog.. 7:09... 21 second pr.. would love to know what the best time for that is. Cheers Vic

Damn Vic. That is awesome...

Not a fast runner...I fade too much on the third rd (second rd not great either!)

Holding that pace is killer. I have also done Helen with the weighted vest. That was a real treat.

I did a Helen variation last week: substituting 40 cals. on the Airdyne for the 400m run, doing alternating 1-hand KB swings, and strict pull-ups on a rock climbing hang board. That was fun, for some variety.

Finally got sub 7 on helen..
6:58
First run was 1:09 and just held on from that point. Super hot outside..

Then had 2 min immediately following to to max s2o.. lets just say 225 felt like 2250. Missed 245 after the hard 225#
