File posting question

I have a excel file to share that would be beneficial to the community but it keeps giving me an error. It's saved as .xlsx which may be a different type of excel? If anyone has an idea of a different excel type I can save it as that can be posted let me know.. Thanks.

Re: File posting question

You could always put it on a publicly shared Google Drive, or I think you may need to change the file to .xls (older version of excel file).

Re: File posting question

If using Excel, do a Save As (File -> Save As). In the box that pops up asking your to name the file and choose the location, there should be a drop-down that lets you specify the file type. Pick one that ends in *.xls, preferably the newer one if multiple are listed.
