Good try Nik sometimes its not just about the strength but the technique as well. My last set i got 210lbs and felt i had more in me so i went for 220lbs. I had my version of your 180 with the 220 lol. i just couldn't get under it!!
Don't worry about it Nik, just keep working on your technique and you'll be building up little by little. Thats how all of these oly lifts are. You gotta spend some good time working on the technique and the numbers will fly up. Unless you are a freak of Nature like Scott and upright row 220lbs ![]() |

We made some progress with Nik's form a bit today. I noticed that he was lifting his hips quicker than his shoulders. We did some practice and worked on that. Other than that, he has pretty good form. I think he just needs to get more power out of the drive.
I, on the other hand, get more power out of my drive but wuss out with my shrug and elbows. I think we are both capable of more weight. It'll just take practice to build the confidence. |

You will laugh at your self, but what a good way to work those arms!
10:00 break. 3 rounds 15reps back ext 10 reps of '' hold a 25lbs plate to your chest and rotate left and right'' 5reps shoulder press 95lbs, 105lbs, 115lbs. |
