Quest for 365
I'm not big on resolutions, but I decided to try and work out every day this year (at least the ones I'm not suuuuuuuper sick). So far I'm more successful than I would have thought. 26-0. I've CFed for almost 2 years, a level I trainer with no clients and I needed to spice things up a bit.
I've been following the WODs on the main site in my garage gym and on the rest days I do a 5k on my treadmill's preset. I challenge everybody to try and see how long you can go! I feel more fit than ever, my diet decisions have changed dramatically (i.e. I don't feel like a beer after work because I do a WOD and crave water/ protein shake). Even the weekend to Steamboat I was true to my goal. I know it's not realistic to expect 365, but I'd like to see how long my streak can go, and if it breaks. I have a PR to break. ![]() |

Re: Quest for 365
Well Dave Lipson does atleast 1 squat over 450 a day for 365 days, so aslong as you are doing the rest days as recovery runs there shouldn't be a problem.
There can actually be very benefitial to do it if done smart, better recovery between cycles etc. |
