Re: Before and after - Brad Thompson
You’re a stud Brad.
I have heard so many stories of progress and drive it's amazing. My son is a top ranked competitor in CO. and I just started training in October. I am 56 yrs old and in the 80's I was a powerlifter & bodybuilder. That's all there was. I moved insane amounts of weight and I'm paying now. I've been cut on more times than a Thanksgiving turkey. My knees need to be replaced but before I do I want to compete just once. Don't plan on doing well....I just want to compete. The new technology now days should allow me to get back into crossfit....and then....look out. I applaud everyone who does this sport. Anyone who says this is a sissy sport.....shut up, get in the ring and DO IT! When you're done picking your dead *** off of the carpet....then tell me what you think. All of you are very inspiring. Thanks for sharing Brad. |

Brad:
You are a true inspiration. I'm 38 and started CF/Paleo in November. Down a couple of pant sizes and addicted to WODs for sure...but to see your transformation over that amount of time...truly amazing! I look forward to comparing before & after photos. Many thanks for the inspiration! Reis |
