Thinking about going to a CF facility

I was wondering if this was a normal occurence. I was wanting to drive to a CF facility and get to do a couple of CF privates (I dont know how else to explain it)and get some training and feedback. The thing is that I believe the closest CF facility is in Santa Cruz, so if I went it would be like a mini-vacation for me. Can I do this? Or do you have to be a full member of a gym? Cause I really want to work on my Olympic lifts and would love to have a CF coach help me.

By the way I live in Temecula, CA. Does anyone know if there is a CF gym that's closer?

Check the San Deigo crews. If you do have a chance to go to HQ, go NORTH young man!

You can work with one of CrossFit's total badasses and great guys in Eddie Lugo (CrossFit San Diego) or with one of the best coaches for Olympic style lifting (and CrossFit for that matter) in Mike Burgener at CrossFit Vista, CA (www.mikesgym.com). CrossFit Santa Cruz is a great option with great trainers (no duh), but I would hook up with one or both of the above gentlemen if I were you given their proximity to you.

I too am looking for a nearby CF facility to run thru some wod's & make sure my form is correct, particularly on my oly lifts since I'm doing them for the first time.

Man, you could do a california CF crawl. Date one of the "girls" at every stop. Make a SUPER WOD for time.

Wow, I'm hurt. Not one mention of Brand X. Anyway if you're in the area feel free to stop in. Bring your kids, they'll have fun as well.
