Has anyone else done this? I have never hurt my hip, and last week during my first set of KB swings with 50# my hip started hurting. Four sets, and 100 reps later it was pretty sore...but the next day I could not walk without an old man limp. I have to shoot a workout DVD this weekend, but I can hardly kick. It even hurts to touch a certain area. Has this happened to anyone else?

PS...Hi Annie Sakamoto.

John, maybe you should see a chiropractor, if it is a little out of joint it can be adjusted. It might be better to do it sooner than later, since the longer it's out the more irritated the joint will get.
