Re: List your max 1RM deadlift and weight!

435 at around 225

Pulled 425 for three reps yesterday so I have a feeling that number is a lot higher now

Deadlift #370

Someone has to represent the regular folks around here. I don't think anyone has posted a sub 2xBW deadlift yet. I'm getting close to 2xBW.

I'm a regular folk too!
I posted it earlier too, but: 3x330lbs deadlift at 175lb bodyweight (lift was a month or so back).
That might mean that my 1RM is at or very close to 2xBW I suppose, but I still definitely count myself among the regulars. Plenty of progress to be made.

Re: List your max 1RM deadlift and weight!

Not a 1RM but 405lb for 3 reps, all the weight I have in my garage gym, at body weight of 205Lb and 54 years old. I would have to go to the gym on post to see my 1 RM but it’s not worth the effort. Its new year’s resolution time of year

Re: List your max 1RM deadlift and weight!

My best pull is 700@242 lbs but I was training for powerlifting at the time.

Not exactly sure where I would fall these day but I couldn't imagine not being able to pull 500+ However I'm always dealing with a back injury.

Re: List your max 1RM deadlift and weight!

pulled 463# @ 165# last year
pulled 475# @ 172# this year
shooting for 500# at 175-179# in 2012

edit: forgot - I pulled 485# in a PL comp this year, but got 2 red lights... would have been fine in the gym... lol! Looking at it, my form was hideous - feet too wide and grip too wide.
