Question on running exchange

Hello everyone. I have a question as far as running. I am looking at some WOD. My question is if I have to run 150 meters how would I exchange the running with jumping rope? Can I just estimate it as 1 rope jump would be equal to moving 1 foot? Would this equation equal the same effort? Thanks for any help

Re: Question on running exchange

you could time yourself for 150 meters and do double unders for that amount of time, just a suggestion.
