Rubber flooring

I am trying to decide how much rubber flooring to buy. I am just starting out so I know that I wont need to much at first but I was going to get enough to cover at least part of the gym. Does anybody have any guidance on this? Those of you who have running gyms how much rubber flooring do you have or did you start out with?

Re: Rubber flooring

Measurements would be helpful. Most rubber flooring you can get from Tractor Supply Store. It's roughly 4x6, and get the 3/4in thick. It's more expensive, but it's a business right? So consider it a worthwhile investment.

If you are making lifting platforms with wood, then you'd at least need 1 mat for each side of the platform.

Take your square footage, divide it by 24= how many you would need. Then go from there. You also may get a better price if you purchase a pallet of 25. Ours were normally $37.99ea, but $34.99ea when I bought 25 or more.
