Tattoo Artists in Virginia Beach/Norfolk

Hi all -

I am heading down to VA Beach for a long weekend and am thinking about getting inked. Does anyone have any experience with tattoo artists in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area? This is short notice and any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

i know it's a bit of a drive, but there are some kick *** artists that work there. not to mention, it's for life and it's worth the hour drive.

Thanks for the link. Any artist in particular you can recommend? It would be about 2 hours from VA Beach, 3 from where I live, and I'm supposed to be on vacation not dealing with VA traffic. If you say it's worth it though, I'll consider these guys later.

Thanks!

these are the three guys i know, and they are all good. i guess it will just depend on what you are looking to get. check their work on the web site and see if which one uses a style you are looking to get.

I haven't gotten inked in VA but I've heard good things about both Ancient Art and Blue Horseshoe.
