Crossfit Store problem/question

Hello all,

I have been wanting to purchase some crossfit shirts but have come across two problems.

Firstly, i live in Australia so my State isn't in your drop down box, where should i enter it?

I have previously put it in Address line 2 as "New South Wales" and just left a comment noting that at the bottom of the order, is this the correct way of doing it?

Secondly i keep on getting this error when i try and process the payment

"Unfortunately, our online processing partner was unable to accept your transaction. It is possible you do not have enough money available to process your order, or our processor could be experiencing technical difficulties at the present time."

I have tried many times and i know my details are correct and i have enough funds in the account.

Please help as i have ordered for a few people and so they expect their shirts sooner rather then later.

Thanks for your time and help guys!

Cheers
Jake

I had the same problem trying to order back issues of journals but could not process the payment. I'll reorder next week and maybe one of the moderators could pass on this problem?

Re: Crossfit Store problem/question

This is just extremely frustrating as we were hoping to get our shirts asap....

Hoping one of the mods could explain this problem and when it will be fixed?

Also, anyone know any more info about the address/state issue?

Re: Crossfit Store problem/question

Non-US store users:
Put your state (if there is one) in the 2d address line.
Pick "N/A" for state (that's why it's conveniently first).
Pick your country from the country list
Put your postal code in the block.

We have a new credit card processor and are still working the kinks out; I think we've got the overseas customer problem fixed.

Sorry for the hassle, but as always, PLEASE email customerservice@crossfit.com with store problems. The customer service team does not monitor the message board.

Thanks!
