You never know unless you try.

And some times you will be amazed by what you can do. That is the motto I've been going under for the past 6 weeks. started crossfit 8/24/10, This will be the start of my log.

We did kettlebells skill work today was supposed to be power lifts but the scaled version was russian swings. Did 100 with a towel and a 30 lb kettlebell. Then we did 100 swings with out the towel. We were one bell short in the lighter weights so was the lucky one to be chosen and was given a 50lb bell. By the last set of 15 I was ready for my arms to fly off, but I made it through it. Hence you never know unless you try, I figured it was going to defeat me but it did not . We finished with a set of 15 crossfit kettle bell swings, the bell goes overhead in stead of eye level. I switched back to the 30lb bell for this for safety reasons. Arms sore and a little tired, back sore, most def.

Feel good though, even my lungs feel like they got a good work out.

We did lucie today.
125 lb bar and dips on the GHD instead of 195 and ring dips. took 6:31. a little long but I at least made it through. My shoulders are already very sore 1 hour later.

Yesterday I rowed 7500m for our box's rowing challenge. took. 35:46

Conqured randy today. managed it in 11:21 full 75lbs for 75 reps. Felt pretty good but my form sucked. But after doing lizzie yesterday and randy today my traps feel ready to explode.

yesterdays is supposed to read lizzie not lucie.
