Any ideas on ways to reduce/releive tendinitis FAST. I have a case of it in my right shoulder, inserion of Supraspinatus tendon to be exact. Physio said its an overuse injury, had the same thing over christams and it took three weeks of almopst total rest to settle down.I have to rest it, ice and anti-infamitories, massage and back off on pull ups, dips and pushups and anythnig involing shoulders for a while , yippy more squat work for me. Didn't mention i was doing HSPU as well.Im right handed and have a MMA grading in 3 weeks, yesterday i couldn't even hold my hand up to to guard let alone punch. Heaps better today after rest and im having acupunture on it tomorrow, but no way am I going to attempt tomorrows WOD. Any ideas/experience on how to fix it fast

I'm no expert but the best thing I can think of is ice it as often as possible.
