12 push press, 115#
9 toes to bar

8 rounds + 7 box jumps

Not terrible, but not great. A couple years ago I would have smoked this workout. On the bright side, I weighed in at 185# this morning. That's the lightest I've been since before the Juggernaut cycle. 10 pounds to go and I'm back at pocketmonster(wfs) size.
