Man Maker

I saw an exercise called the "man maker" on affiliate site a while ago. I can't remember where I saw it or exactly what it was. I do remember it was a actually a combination of several exersices like the "bear". It involved kettlebells. I think it had a push up, renegade row, thruster, and then a walking lunge. Something like that. Anyways, a link to the site would be a great help.

Re: Man Maker

Chuck, I saw that video too, can't remember exactly where. I have always used the gymjones style manmakers, though, and yes they're plenty intense.

Re: Man Maker

We use the same movement pattern as the Santa Cruz vid, except with a push up before each row. We do 30 reps for time, guys with 25's, gals with 10-15's.
Best time so far is 12:41 - after he maxed out on squats.

Re: Man Maker

10, 15, and 25 lbs are weights you get with dumbbells, not kettlebells. Besides, a 4kg kettlebell is going to be very unstable for push-ups and rows.
