Introduction Programming

Looking for some helpful advice in getting our beginning intro program started. First off, Im a fairly new crossfit coach and this particular affiliate is a local "globo gym" Mirrors, peck decks, zumba, bootcamps, the whole 9. Gasp. The owner is also new to CrossFit. Nonetheless, I'm very excited about the oppertunity to gain experience with developing what I hope to be a successful CrossFit Program. We start training this Monday. With that being said, I have a good grasp on what I'm going to be doing the first month, obviously the basics, fundamentals, etc. Most of the clients are gym members that are new to CrossFit and are seeing what it is about. I was hoping I could get some intelligent recommendations from other trainers or afiliate owners on alternate ways of implementing this, keeping the clients enagaged and giving them a good workout while keeping class time at around 60 minutes.
Thanks.
