Logging WOD's
Hi guys
Please could you advise as to how you log your workouts weights / times etc etc Before any of you suggest a paper pad and pen (which I accept is probably the best!!) I am a bit of an internet geek and would love to log workouts in a funky way... have any of you seen mapmyrun... for example?? thanks rich |

Re: Logging WOD's
There are various sites that can do this. Beyond the Whiteboard seems to be th CF favourite, but it costs some dimes every month. LogsItAll is another. I use WithFit, which is pretty new and totally free.
Check 'em out. Good luck! Diego |

You could always use the log section here to get started.
