Today's WOD calls for 3 rounds of 15 135# c&j's. Since I don't have a barbell, I'm going to use db's. To achieve the same level of difficulty as a 135# bar, how heavy should the db's be? I'm guessing it would be around 2x55# or 2x60# since their independence makes the jerk in particular more challenging.

I'd appreciate any insight you could provide.

As far as I'm concerned 55 lbs. seems definitely too easy, 60 might be just right. It's kind of a personal thing though.
