FGB 4 help
My name is John Oliverio. I've had a box in Augusta, GA for about a year. I see that the FGB workout for Prostate Cancer is coming up in September. We'd like to have our box participate, but I know I'm going to need some advice from other owners as to just how I need to organize myself. By myself I mean the gym itself, contacting media and local hospitals, website changes or attention grabbers, etc.. What are the rest of you doing? I hate when people ask previously answered or obvious questions, but I need help and I know myself well enough to know that I need to begin asking now.
Thank You SOOO much in advance.

Re: FGB 4 help
It is AWESOME that you are planning to host this year's FGB event! This year is going to be the biggest yet.
The event will have its own website and there will be a ton of information coming out in about two weeks, so stay tuned.
Hopefully others can share how they have been successful in the past with getting media coverage, etc.
If you don't push yourself, who will?
