Bullet-Proof Abs
2nd Edition of Beyond Crunches
By Pavel Tsatsouline

I'm wondering if I should spend my money on this or just keep with the L-sits and tucked Planche that I am still working on.

Michael-

I think most if not all of Pavel's books are worth getting. That said I think one could follow a basic gymnastics progression and surpass the gains even his work provides. BPA's (IMO) has good information and some good training ideas. Give'er a go!

I'd vote with Robb: I own most of Pavel's books, and am grateful for the perspective he brings to training and fitness. His is probably the second-best program out there :proud:. Even at the kind of high prices, I've never thought I didn't get my money's worth.

That's pretty much what I thought as well. Well then no real choice I will save the money and get the rings and the book can wait until later.

Thanks,
Michael

Well, yeah. If it's just a question of "Is the book worth it?" then the answer is "yes". If it's "Should I spend my hard-earned dollar on rings or another book?", then I'd go for the rings (assuming that you have a place to hang them).

I used to get the Magazine "Muscle Media" just so I could read Pavel's articles, the ideas & regimens presented there were so much like the challenge of the WOD.
