Javier: The kid who's gonna get BIG!!!!

Hey there, my name is Javier and I am making a log of what I do each day, WOD's and the school football practice workouts. Haven't really done crossfit WOD's since like August last year, and I guess im gonna try to get some in as I do the football workouts at school. And as some people know I have had a little incident with my knee but it's in pretty good shape now.

I'm 16, i weigh 260, and im male.

Today:
7 rounds
3 split jerks 155 lbs
6 kipping pull ups
9 "18 box jumps

Total time 45:44
Jeez I haven't felt so winded in my life. First round got me bad!

Today I did a football workout at school and messed around after school.

At school:
Bench Press 5 x 5
215 - 5
220 - 5
225- 5
230 -5
235 - 4

Sitting shoulder press 3 x 8:
125 - 8
125 - 8
125 - 8

After school I messed around and ripped one of my calluses with a PR 410 Deadlift lol.

Wednesday:
Walking Lunges with the 35's wasn't too bad, I think it was about 20m total a set and I did two sets.

GHD sit ups 2 x 10 with an 85 on my chest.. and man was that hard...

Thursday:
Bench Press 3 x 8 with 10 push ups between each set
205 - 8
all 10
205 - 8
all 10
205 - 8
all 10

Straight Leg Deadlifts:
135 x 10 x 3

Practicing Clean and Snatch form fell about twice... It seems like I really can't snatch nor clean anymore, my max clean has gone down about 20 pounds in a week.

Today:
INTENSE BASKETBALL!!!!!

Didn't go to Monday practice, I think that the chicken at lunch today was the culprit. I've been feeling like throwing up all day so I just went to sleep.
