genotype diet?

i was curious if anyone has seen this diet and their thoughts on it. i might buy the book tomorrow. work family safe.

Looks like BS at a glance. The huge headline advertises "hunter, gatherer, teacher, explorer, warrior, nomad;" but the diet includes pasta and other grains, which hunter-gatherer-warrior-nomads would not have been able to eat. Some doctor looking to make a quick buck hasn't done his research, IMO.

I agree Skylar, it does in fact look to be BS. Pasta was the first red flag.
