Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

New to a great thing

hey i started yesterday with the WOD Cindy was my frist and i got 10 in 20mins dont know if thats good or not and today i did michael and i did it in around 18mins but i did not know what to do in place of the back extension and can you help me with that and thanks.

The CrossFit FAQ (in yellow above) contains substitutions for many exercises. For back extensions you can sub good mornings, or supermans. My feeling is that both of those are easier than back extensions, but I suppose you could add weight if you feel like it.

If you go to a track at like a high school use the bleachers and hook your feet underneat the seat. Make sure to bring a towel to pad your midsection/hips from the sharper corners.

thanks it makes me feel at home and man i take Jiu-Jitsu and i was a high school wrestler and man this feels so great and i thought that i was in shape guess not lol
