confused about Fran

Hi I'm a bit cofused by this workout,when doing Fran is it 3 rounds of 21-15-9 (ie 21-15-9 three times each for thrusters and pull ups) or just 21-15-9 of each exercise? sorry I'm new to crossfit and this was my first fran. I did three rounds of 21-15-9 of each exercise in 29:49, thought I was going to die!!

21x 95# thruster
21x pullups
15x 95# thruster
15x pullups
9x 95# thruster
9x pullups

finish, throw up, fall down, etc...

Er... you did some other, horrible workout.

21 thrusters, 21 pullups, 15 thrusters, 15 pullups, 9 thrusters, 9 pullups, collapse.

I've heard of this kind of mistake. Perhaps a little more description is in order on the main page.

Anyhow, that's pretty hardcore that you actually did all that.

Dude-
If this was your first attempt at Fran, and you unknowingly did a "Triple Fran" in under 30:00, you are gonna rock Fran as Rx'd next time you do it!
