CrossFit HQ and Canadian Forces at Base Gagetown have developed an awesome website that covers a lot of the movements we see in the WOD.

I was told this is available to the public and their goal is to overload the servers, so please check it out:

http://www.army.forces.gc.ca/land_force_doctrine_training_system/ex_aita_trg/aci m/courses/acim/acim.swf (WFS)

There are 3 drop down menus at the bottom. Select "Combat Fitness Program" for the first drop down. Choose "Exercises" in the second drop down. And then select whatever exercise you want in the third drop down.

Enjoy!

Thanks for sharing the information. There are some nice simple explanations there. This might help some people in other services answer some questions to their uppers who have not been educated in Crossfit.

The videos of Coach G are excellent. It's like having a video CrossFit seminar.

Thanks Anthony!

For anyone who's familiar with the older Canadian Forces recruiting campaign:

"Strong. *REALLY* Strong. I mean, ridiculously strong. Proud. Today's Canadian Forces"

I heard a lot of discussion about this coming out and am happy to see it. I'm on the blue side of things, so hopefully I can make use of it in the future as well.

Great videos with Coach and Nicole. Good detail in the movements.

Its rare that Gagetown gets something right.

Thanks Anthony

Don't thank me - thank Coach, Nicole, Eddie, and everyone at Base Gagetown. I know they put A LOT of time and effort into this. I really hope people take a minute to browse through it because the info is crazy valuable. Take advantage!
