Thanks for taking the time to write up and post that. I'm looking forward to attending a seminar and getting schooled in parkour. The CF Journal articles have been a great sub though.

Jesse, thanks for the promotion, but to set the record straight: I am not in charge, I am just a worker bee on the SWAT team!

And my kids had a blast working with you and watching the demo during the seminar, thank you very much.

Those obstacle courses sound scary.

Great write-up, Jesse. I really need to make it out to more of these. Living on a student's budget doesn't make it very practical though.
