Just wondering how many folks out there would be interested in a crossfit facility in Ottawa, Canada. Looking for potential trainers as well as members/participants. More to follow in the near future.

When I return to Canada I'm in. There are several of us using CF over here...I'll talk to them about it too...they'll likely be all over it.

Definitely count me in. I tried finding Ottawa CrossFitter's before and couldn't find much. I have two people hooked who I'm sure would join us too.

I got a couple of people that would be interested. We've just found this CF stuff, and are still muddling around with some of the exercises.

Is there any interest in a 'sweat seminar' somewhere?
