I am planning a 2 week holiday of intensive training in thailand. Two excercises per day on Muay Thai & MMA and I intent to replace traditional morning run with WOD.

Now, my question is. Which WOD's I should include? I think it is best bet to design program in advance so I don't have to rely on internet access.

I will have access on olympic weight set so that shouldn't pose a problem. But I doubt that there will be rowers or stationary bikes.

MT&MMA training is 6 days a week with sundays off. I think I'll follow 3:1 with WOD's or should I dedicate one day to complete rest? With no training on day of arrival/departure and first training day without WOD(to adjust) I would have room for 9 WOD's.

Any input is appreciated.

Why not look at last month's archives and pick two weeks worth of WODs that don't require rowers or stationary bikes?
